How will my order be packaged?

Each order will arrive in an appropriately sized Avorium branded box. We apply the postage label directly to the box. If you’re sending your order as a gift and would like the Avorium box to be used as a gift box, let us know — we’ll wrap it in brown paper and apply the postage label to that instead. No pricing or receipts are included inside any package.

When will I receive my order?

• Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days.
• Express Delivery: Sent on a 24-hour service, so you should receive it the next working day if ordered before our 3pm cut-off.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only.

Can I track my order?

Orders are not sent tracked as standard. If you’d like a tracked delivery, please get in touch and we’ll arrange this for you.

Can I return or exchange an order?

• Unpersonalised products: Yes — you can return these within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• Personalised products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty, in line with UK consumer law.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@avorium.co.uk with your order number and details of your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

• If there’s a problem with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), we’ll cover and arrange return shipping.
• If you’re returning because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover return shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and Klarna.

Is my payment secure?

Yes — all transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment providers.

Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?

Yes! Students can access an exclusive discount via our Students tab.

How do you personalise Mug and Coaster sets?

Mug and Coaster sets are personalised around the edge of the coaster. This means mugs and still go in the dishwasher and microwave!

Hi there! We are three siblings — Tom, Georgia, and Olivia — and we are Avorium! We started this business wanting to encourage people to view their workspace differently. A desk doesn't have to be boring. Avorium sells sustainable, matching desk accessories, all of which can be personalised. They make the perfect gift too. We hope you love Avorium!
