VERY DISAPPOINTED! I purchased this mug as a present and it was all gift wrapped but when it was opened there was a massive crack in it that didn't hold liquid and would just leak - not ideal for a mug! (I know for a fact it wasn't me that caused the crack as I was extremely careful carrying it back home. So I went back to the shop and replaced it with another one, the box is opened again with nothing seemingly wrong, and, low and behold, at the first sign of a hot drink, the mug cracks right down the middle and down to the bottom where it is now rendered useless as it cant hold water -AGAIN. So thats £25 pounds gone and their present gone too! Am I able to get some sort of refund given that this product has failed twice?

I bought the A4 Folio as a birthday present for a 30 year old vegan. I was impressed with the quality. I ordered on line and it was posted out to me. The packaging and wrapping was good quality and made the present look good.

These are lovely mugs, bright colours and nice to hold. We had originally bought some 'seconds' on Wonky Wednesday and liked them so much we ordered some more at their normal price.
The diary itself is excellent, lovely vibrant colours, clearly laid out and lots of room for commitments. Customer service and speed of delivery are also excellent. Great value for money. Buying online was easy but the physical shop is lovely, well worth a visit if you can.

Very happy with the product itself however it was bought as a present and the gift box in which it was packed arrived with the bar code and address label stuck across it. Took me ages to get this off and as a result the gift box was damaged. Disappointed that the gift was not packed more appropriately
Very reasonable price. But doesn’t work well with Apple mouse - connection a bit sluggish.
