This mug is amazing! The handle is very comfortable and the mug itself is a great shape. The personalised coaster is a nice addition to my home office. Highly recommend!

pleased with the mug and coaster but bought as a gift and it arrived with huge postage address and barcode sticker around it. Took me ages to peel it off and it spoilt the box. Were it not for this would have given 5 stars
Very happy with the product itself however it was bought as a present and the gift box in which it was packed arrived with the bar code and address label stuck across it. Took me ages to get this off and as a result the gift box was damaged. Disappointed that the gift was not packed more appropriately
Very reasonable price. But doesn’t work well with Apple mouse - connection a bit sluggish.

On a recent visit to York I came across this lovely shop selling beautiful diary’s etc , I purchased a diary for my daughter as a Christmas gift it was personalised with her name on the front there and then and then beautiful wrapped and placed in a box .
