Colour Matching:
While we have ensured our products are colour matched to the highest degree possible, we cannot guarantee that matching is perfect through our entire range. As we use different factories and sustainable materials throughout our collections, there are slight variations in colours. However, we have ensured that any variations are minimal and are confident that any matching is as close to perfect as possible. 

We offer free standard delivery on all our orders. We also offer an express option where we endeavour to deliver within 1-2 business days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the order has left our premises, but we can offer replacements if an order is lost in the post. Please make us aware of any issues by using the customer service contact on our website.

We do everything we can to ensure orders arrive on time and in good condition. However, we understand that sometimes things can get damaged in the post. If this is the case, we would be happy to send a replacement. Just contact us at the email address listed on the website, include your name and order number, and we would be happy to send a replacement product and postage label for you to send your order back to us!

In Store Returns:

Avorium does accept returns on products brought back within 30 days of purchase that are not already personalised or damaged in some way. Once a product is personalised, it cannot be returned, nor can a product which is not able to be resold.

While we accept returns without a receipt, a receipt is preferable for Avorium to process a refund. Avorium cannot guarantee a refund for a valid return if the initial purchase cannot be identified.
